How they work together as a routine

Follow Maria’s Protocol for the first four (Novalytic morning and evening, InsuLess before meals, Lactoferrin once a day, the Binder in the evening), then add Liberate and Wellness Essentials as each label directs. If you are new to taking several supplements, introduce one bottle every few days so you know how each suits you. Our guide to building a daily supplement routine explains how. Liberate and Wellness Essentials both contain ashwagandha and echinacea, and Liberate, Novalytic and InsuLess all contain Quercefit®: that is expected, and each label’s daily dose still applies.

Label information

• Allergens: InsuLess contains mustard (selenium from mustard seed). Lactoferrin contains milk. Wellness Essentials contains sesame and traces of tree nuts and peanuts.
• Follow each bottle’s label directions and do not exceed its recommended daily dose.
• Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Keep out of the reach of young children.
• Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you take medication or have a medical condition, ask your pharmacist or doctor before use.
• Liberate contains white willow bark: do not use it if you are sensitive to aspirin or other salicylates or take blood-thinning medication.
• Novalytic contains iodine (potassium iodide): if you have a thyroid condition, ask your doctor first.
