Terms & Conditions

These are the terms on which Cellular Science sells to you. If anything here is unclear, send us a message and we will explain it in plain terms.

1. Who we are

Cellular Science, at cellularscience.co.uk, is a trading name of Sandbanks Premium Management Limited; our full company details are in our legal notice. Contact: care@cellularscience.co.uk, or send us a message. We are the exclusive United Kingdom partner of Abeytú Naturals.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and ordering for delivery to a United Kingdom address. We sell to consumers and to practitioners; if you are buying in the course of a business, sections 7 and 11 apply differently to you because the consumer cancellation right does not arise.

3. How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not conclude the contract. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a batch has sold out, we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total you pay. Cellular Science is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged, none is added at checkout and no VAT invoice can be issued. Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. For other UK postcodes, and for express delivery, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Ready-made bundles are already priced below the sum of the individual bottles they contain. Because that discount is built into the price, bundles are excluded from promotional and welcome codes unless we state otherwise. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatching rather than either honouring or cancelling silently.

5. Payment

Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout before you confirm it. Card details are handled by our PCI DSS compliant payment provider and are never stored by us. See our secure payment page.

6. Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only and dispatch the next working day. Royal Mail Tracked 24 and collection-point delivery are free to UK mainland addresses; outside the mainland, and for express delivery, the charge shown at checkout applies. Express delivery goes by DPD Next Day to UK mainland addresses; all delivery estimates are aims, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on our delivery page.

7. Your right to cancel

For an eligible consumer online purchase, you may tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. Send us a message with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

The cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed remain unaffected.

You pay return postage for a change of mind; we cover the return cost for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Any standard outbound delivery charge paid is included in the refund.

8. Faulty or incorrect goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything in these terms. If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after delivery; a photograph can help us resolve the issue and we will replace or refund it at our cost.

9. Product information

Everything we sell is a food supplement. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication or under medical care, consult a qualified practitioner before starting any product sold here. Keep all products out of the reach of children.

The label on the product you receive is the authoritative statement of its contents, and each batch report names the lot it covers.

10. Bundles

A bundle is a set of products sold together at one price. Follow each product's own label directions.

11. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

12. Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes and for your own personal or professional reference. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, misuse it to distribute malware, or copy its content for commercial republication. We may suspend access if the site is being misused.

13. Your data

We collect only what an order requires and keep it only as long as we must. We do not sell customer data. Marketing email is sent only to people who have asked for it, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe. Full details are in our privacy notice.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it.

15. Complaints and governing law

If something has gone wrong, send us a message. A real person reads it, and we would far rather fix a problem than argue about one. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
