How UK delivery works
- Free to every UK mainland address. No minimum spend and no threshold to reach: for England, Wales and mainland Scotland, the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
- Outside the mainland, you pay only the carrier's cost. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight cost more to reach. We pass on the carrier's price with no markup, and checkout shows it before you pay.
- We dispatch the next working day. Every order is picked, packed and handed to the carrier on the next working day, Monday to Friday except bank holidays.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 to your door. Royal Mail aim to deliver the working day after dispatch, and you receive tracking the moment your parcel is on its way.
- Or collect it. Choose a collection point at checkout and pick your parcel up from a Post Office, parcel locker or local shop when it suits you.
- Express when it has to be there. Express goes by DPD Next Day to UK mainland addresses: DPD aim to deliver the working day after dispatch.
- Everything ships from Dorset. Our products are already in the United Kingdom, so there are no import duties, no customs handling fees and no multi-week wait for an overseas parcel.

Cellular Science ships to United Kingdom addresses only. We are the exclusive UK partner for Abeytú Naturals, and our role is to serve the UK properly rather than to serve everywhere badly.

Returns
For an eligible online purchase, tell us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Send us a message with your order number for return instructions.
The cancellation right may not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed.
You pay return postage for a change of mind. We cover the return cost if the goods are faulty or we sent the wrong item. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Any standard outbound delivery charge paid is included in the refund.

Packaging
Orders are packed to protect glass and to travel through the postal network without rattling. Cartons are sized to the order, and we use no more material than the parcel needs.

How quickly will my order arrive?
We dispatch your order the next working day, and Royal Mail Tracked 24 then aims to deliver the working day after. For most UK addresses that means about two working days from order. Express goes by DPD Next Day to UK mainland addresses; DPD aim to deliver the working day after dispatch.
Is delivery really free, with no minimum order?
Yes, to every UK mainland address: free tracked delivery applies to every order, of any size, to your door or to a collection point. There is no threshold to reach.
Which addresses are outside the mainland?
Northern Ireland (BT), the Isle of Man (IM), the Channel Islands (JE, GY), the Outer Hebrides (HS), Orkney and Shetland (KW15–17, ZE), the Scottish Highlands and islands (IV, KW, AB31–38, AB41–56, FK17–21, G83, KA27–28, PA20–49, PA60–78, PA80, PH4–26, PH30–44, PH49–50), the Isles of Scilly (TR21–25) and the Isle of Wight (PO30–41). Checkout prices delivery from your postcode, before you pay.
Will I be charged customs or import duty?
No. Stock is held in Dorset and posted within the UK, so nothing crosses a border on its way to you. This is one of the main reasons to buy from us rather than importing directly. Parcels to the Channel Islands travel with the customs declaration they need, which we complete.
Can you deliver to a work address or a neighbour?
Yes. Enter whatever UK delivery address suits you at checkout, or choose a collection point. Royal Mail Tracked 24 does not normally require a signature.
Do you ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses?
Yes to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man: choose United Kingdom as the country and checkout shows the carrier's price for your postcode. For a BFPO address, send us a message before ordering and we will confirm the service.
