Liberate
Nine botanicals in one formula: turmeric root, white willow bark, boswellia (65% boswellic acids), wild blueberry, ashwagandha root, echinacea root and Quercefit® quercetin phytosome, with BioPerine® black pepper (95% piperine). 801 mg per two-capsule serving, 60 capsules.
Liberate brings together turmeric, white willow bark and boswellia, botanicals people have reached for over centuries. Alongside them are ashwagandha, blueberry, Quercefit® and BioPerine® black pepper extract, which research shows helps the body absorb turmeric’s curcumin.

The science
Turmeric with black pepper
In healthy volunteers, 20 mg of piperine taken with curcumin raised curcumin’s bioavailability by 2,000% compared with curcumin alone. Source: Shoba et al., Planta Medica, 1998.
White willow bark
Willow bark contains salicin, the plant compound that inspired aspirin. A 2009 systematic review gathered the clinical trials of willow bark extracts, run in people with back and joint pain, using up to 240 mg salicin a day for up to six weeks. Source: Vlachojannis et al., Phytotherapy Research, 2009.
Ashwagandha
In an eight-week randomised, placebo-controlled trial in 60 stressed but healthy adults, ashwagandha root extract (250 or 600 mg a day) lowered perceived-stress scores and morning cortisol compared with placebo, and participants reported better sleep. The extract (KSM-66) was supplied by its maker, Ixoreal Biomed. Source: Salve et al., Cureus, 2019.
Quercetin as Quercefit®
In 12 healthy adults, the lecithin-bound Quercefit® form of quercetin reached blood levels up to 20 times higher than ordinary quercetin. Source: Riva et al., European Journal of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics, 2019.
