Fasting Salts is Autophagy Labs’ electrolyte mix for fasting days: unsweetened, calorie-free and free from fillers. Each serving provides 1 g sodium, 500 mg potassium, 100 mg magnesium and 25 mg thiamine (vitamin B1); Autophagy Labs’ full daily dose is four servings.
