InsuLess

InsuLess is Abeytú Naturals’ sublingual liquid: glutathione (the most abundant antioxidant made inside our cells) with Quercefit® quercetin, organic echinacea, zinc and selenium, delivered in five drops under the tongue.

What it is and who it is for

InsuLess is for adults who prefer a liquid to capsules, or who want glutathione in a form designed to be held in the mouth rather than swallowed. It is made with Abeytú Naturals’ patent-pending, cold-processed MicroSomal® Technology in a base of organic cold-pressed extra virgin olive and avocado oils. It pairs with Novalytic in Start Here, comes as a Twin Pack, and is part of Maria’s Protocol.

How to take it

The label directs: shake well, then take 5 drops (0.25 ml) under the tongue 3 to 4 times daily and hold for 60 seconds. Best before meals. A 60 ml bottle holds about 240 servings: roughly 60 to 80 days at the labelled dose.

The science

Glutathione

Glutathione is the most abundant antioxidant made inside our cells. In a six-month randomised, placebo-controlled trial in 54 healthy non-smoking adults, daily oral glutathione (250 or 1,000 mg) raised glutathione stores in blood; at the higher dose, levels in red cells, plasma and lymphocytes rose by 30–35%. Why under the tongue

In a three-week crossover study in 20 adults with metabolic syndrome, a sublingual glutathione tablet raised plasma glutathione and improved the reduced-to-oxidised glutathione ratio more than swallowed glutathione capsules did. Quercetin as Quercefit®

Echinacea

In a four-month randomised, placebo-controlled trial in 755 healthy adults run by the Common Cold Centre at Cardiff University, an Echinacea purpurea extract (Echinaforce, an alcohol extract of the herb and root) was as well tolerated as placebo.
